I've spent most of my life in the Kitchener-Waterloo Region, moving from Sudbury, Ontario at the age of seven years old. Spending the majority of my life in KW and the surrounding areas, I’ve gained a deep appreciation for the community, and even stayed true to my roots to attend Wilfrid Laurier University where I received my Bachelor degree in Sociology. Sports have always been a significant part of my life- growing up, my parents used to tell me that at the age of two years old I was a better skater than a walker. Yes, I do cheer for the Toronto Maple Leafs! My love of sports has been with me throughout my life, earning a four-year football scholarship at WLU, has played a pivotal role in developing the work ethic and leadership skills I use today. I am lucky to have a loving, supportive family including my beautiful wife Jenna. Our downtime is spent outside, playing sports, exercising or enjoying the company of our family and friends.
I worked with a construction company during my last years of university. Through hands-on experience I was able to see different costs that went into not only the purchase of a home but different renovations and upkeep. I developed a strong interest in the process of acquiring a home, as well as the steps involved in financing through securing a mortgage. Today I realize my passion through helping individuals, couples, families, investors, and friends find unique solutions for their mortgage needs. Potentially the largest purchase of a homeowner’s life, it is my job to ensure the process runs as smoothly and seamlessly as possible, while guiding and educating my clients along the way. I believe in a personal approach to make sure my clients needs are met without taking shortcuts. Understanding that no two clients are the same, you can assure that I will listen thoughtfully and cater to your individual needs. I take pride investing in long-term relationships with my clients to assist them with their financing needs throughout the entire lifespan of their mortgage. I’m a highly motivated individual and use my expertise and knowledge to help my clients accomplish their home-ownership goals.
