What We Need From You
We are looking for agents working to help more clients and become top performers. We offer competitive compensation packages loaded with business building value and continual growth opportunities. Our agents must meet all of the following requirements:
- Conduct business with the highest industry leading ethics
- Treat all lenders with respect and professionalism
- Close 6M minimum per year (new agents have 2 years to achieve a 6M minimum)
- Maintain an MPC membership
- Maintain high efficiency ratios (low efficiency, fraud or lender disrespect will result in termination)
indi Mortgage will provide successful candidates with new professional photos with all associated indi Mortgage branding, and create a personalized biography page to be displayed on our team page.
